This page is about the data of people who read this website and leave a request.
Who is responsible. CHEBOTARENKO YURII, 76/11 Bolharska St., Odesa, 65005, Ukraine. Questions — info@loopa.rest.
The form asks for two things: your name and phone number. Nothing else is required.
What happens next:
Stored alongside it: the time, the page language, the address of the page you sent it from, and your IP address — needed to rate-limit requests from one address and filter out bots.
The legal basis is your own request to be contacted. We do not use this data for mailing lists and do not pass it to anyone except Telegram, which delivers the notification.
Retention. The request file is rotated monthly and we keep 24 of them — up to two years. Telegram messages remain until deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
The site counts visits with our own analytics running on our own server in Ukraine. That data is not passed on to anyone — it stays with us.
Recorded: page address, time, where you came from, country and city, device type, browser and language, plus actions on the page — whether you reached the pricing, opened a question, or submitted the form.
Your IP address is not stored. The counter uses it together with browser data to derive an anonymous identifier valid for one day, and does not keep the address itself — it is simply not in the database. Country and city are resolved from it at the moment of the visit and stored without the address. No name, phone number or request text enters the statistics.
To understand which ads bring customers, the site runs the Meta Pixel — a counter operated by Meta. It tells Meta that you opened a page, and separately that you submitted a request. It does not send your name, phone number or the text of your request.
The Pixel sets cookies in your browser: Meta uses them to avoid showing you the same ad twice. The data is received by Meta Platforms Ireland and may be processed in the United States.
If you would rather it did not: turn off personalised advertising in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block trackers with a browser extension. Nothing on the site will stop working — the form and everything else behave the same. The Pixel does not run on this page.
The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing of ours in your browser. The only cookies here come from the Meta Pixel described above.
You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion — write to info@loopa.rest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
If we materially change this page, we will update the date below before the change takes effect.
